Timberdoodle Purpllinker: A Review
When you have boys, most everything somehow turns into a gun.
Even a tissue. Or a carrot. Or Timberdoodle’s Purpllinker.
Sigh.
After being shot at several times, I attempted to have the boys make less . . . destructive objects like . . .
A house —
A giraffe —
Even a necklace.
The Purpllinker comes with alphabet and number design instructions. You are also welcome to use your imagination, though. I would encourage it, in fact.
Similar in design to a carpenter’s ruler, the Purpllinker can be used as a manipulative toy to teach, creating a multisensory learning experience for your child.
Like this week, Ezra is studying the Letter K . . . guess what he made with the Purpllinker?
You got it. . . . the Letter K. (Sorry, I don’t have a picture.)
To check if you have formed your letter, number, or shape correctly you simply count the number of “open” dots on your Purpllinker. Like you see Asher doing here.

(I made the windmill and he was trying to see if I messed up. Gotta love seeing that brain at work!)
