I felt like the last kid in line.

Waiting to be picked.  To play on the team.  To be wanted.  Valued.

I’m so dramatic.

I scrolled down the list.  Checking each category.  Nope.  No Granola Mom 4 God was listed. 

And then.  It was there. Granola Mom. 

I’m a Granola Mom.  Did they mean me?

They linked to me. 

Humph.

I got picked.  And whoever it was who nominated me . . . bless your heart.

I feel . . . honored just to have been listed.  And truthfully . . . it shows me what I have to offer most . . . it just confirms my stats . . . you all click on my recipe button the most.

So . . . tell me, what do you like me to write about the most?

I hesitate to write this . . . to let you know, for fear it just might add fuel to my pride.

But then again, I have never won such an award . . . so perhaps God uses this to keep me humble. 

However, through these awards  . . . I have come to learn about some pretty cool blogs.  So the good of these nominations is that sometimes . . . yes sometimes. . . God uses such a “marker” or healthy competition to lead you to a blogger that speaks to your heart . . .  a gracious soul that is able to minister to you through the internet.

Just saying.  Just letting you know.

By the way, I have a new picture.  This is huge.  I don’t take pictures of myself . . . only others.

This is called . . . being vulnerable, folks.
