What is The Church?
I’ve been giving this idea of what is The Church a lot of thought recently. Because my idea of The Church – has changed.
The reflecting on our life, our travels, where we have ministered, how we are ministering now, and what worship looks like in our home . . . . . how the Lord is preparing us for our future – creates eternal desires within me for my children.
I don’t want a “holy huddle.”
As Rend Collective says in the below video, “Give out the invitations, and celebrate around the campfire.”
The campfire of life {added by me}. Community and fellowship that looks like those moments around the crackle and pop of cozy and inviting flames.

How do you create The Church at home?
Loved the campfire story. The idea that we should have church/ worship around a campfire is awesome imagery. We went camping with some friends and acquaintances and the best part was singing worship songs around the fire.
Girl — this music resonates with me. I soooo hope to one day worship like this as a family. Glorious!
