Vitamix Whipped Cream
Not everyone in our family eats or drinks dairy. But for those who do, they demand some Vitamix Whipped Cream on their desserts . . . or in their coffee. {ahem}
I mean, why wouldn’t ya? This stuff is dynamite alone. It’s a party on a spoon.
Are you ready for super easy? Like easier then getting out the Kitchen Aide? And ever so much healthier than that fluff in a can?
Vitamix Whipped Cream
Ingredients
- 1 cup Organic heavy whipping cream
- 1 tablespoon raw honey
Directions
Pour the two ingredients in a small, wet blade Vitamix container.
Blend on high for approximately 14 – 22 seconds. You will know that the heavy whipping cream has become whipped cream, when you hear a change in the sound of the Vitamix blades.
It is a NOTICABLE difference in frequency. Even your dog’s ears will perk up. And your kids will automatically appear beside you.
Don’t let it go too long past the change in sound – because you will then be well on your way towards butter and buttermilk.
And that is not the goal here.
This recipe tastes smashing on Vitamix Pumpkin Pie.

Hi Jodi. I’d like to stabilize the whipped cream to make a whipped cream frosting using gelatin. Most recipes I see call for adding the gelatin once the whipping cream starts to stiffen. I’m wondering when I should add the gelatin when making it in the vitamix. Have you ever done this in the vitamix? Thanks.
I haven’t done this specifically for whipped cream, but we use A LOT of gelatin and I would think you would want to heat the gelatin a bit like the instructions call for and allow it to cool slightly and then whip it with the heavy cream.
