Help Me Out: Compassion Month
I’m blogging with Compassion International this month.
I think I already told you that, though.
And I’m going to be honest. I just want you to do me a favor. Go visit the Compassion page. Pray for one of the kiddos. I’m not asking you to sponsor one of the children, yet.
Just go pray.
Find a child with your birthday, your child’s birthday, that special grandma’s birthday.
Imagine helping just one.
Consider starting a very sweet pen pal relationship.
Did you ever have someone, as a child, that encouraged you. Made you feel special?

Why do I want you to click?
- Well, I am a Compassion Child sponsor of two children. I think sponsoring the children is important . . . kingdom work.
- I’m trying to raise awareness. Compassion has a goal of getting 3,108 children sponsored in the month of September. Are you sponsoring a Compassion Child?
- And well, there is a contest. But if you know me well enough, you know that my primary motivation IS NOT the contest. It genuinely is about helping the children to know Jesus . . . because I am passionate about missions.
Go pray over the children. Ask God to give you the words to speak into that child’s life. Doing this one thing, won’t cost you anything but it could do miracles in their life today.
