If You Need To Laugh
We have been learning about canines.

As a time killer special treat last night, since we were all a bit melancholy that the biking Engineer had not come home as of bed time, we spent some time watching canine YouTube videos.
I am sure that Apologia would approve. {ahem, cough, sputter}
On a side note, since I mentioned Apologia, as of right now, Land Animals of the 6th Day is my favorite science textbook.
With a caveat: I haven’t exhaustively read all of their books.
I will say that though I don’t have it in the schedule to do science 5 days a week . . . it has been occurring with that frequency. Of course, we don’t have a schedule yet. Because school hasn’t “officially” started.
Don’t tell the kids. They haven’t caught on yet.
Anyway, after watching several serious videos learning about our kind of animal, a Rhodesian Ridgeback, this video stands out as the funniest.
(Mussoorie’s sister, Saddie – the dog who put us on a fast track to a new vacuum, which is an Oreck Halo. Who is Mussoorie? Because there is also a Ruth. Am I confusing you?)
And the kids begged me to share about it. In fact, Asher told me I should tweet about it. (You know you’re a social media manager when your child looks for things to tweet.)
