Healthy Whole Grains Class ($199 Value) Giveaway
I questioned that bread would enter our house again. I placed the kids and myself on the GAPS diet. After six weeks of noticeable healing, we switched back to a less intensive, whole foods diet. However, it still lacked bread, crackers, and cookies.
Until Ann Marie, of Cheeseslave, announced an online class she had developed.
Healthy Whole Grains: Soaking, Sprouting, and Sourdough
Bread school.
And now . . . I am back to my old self. Baking almost daily. Thoroughly enjoying and testing the majority of the Healthy Whole Grains recipes. I use the included course videos as part of the boys’ schooling.
Culinary school.
In fact, Mr. Smackdown is now in charge of all residential wheat berry sprouting.
Healthy Whole Grains contains:
-
12 weeks of online classes
-
50 video tutorials
-
100+ recipes (that actually work!)
-
lifetime enrollment/access
As a mom, I strive to provide healthy food for my family, especially for my children. Doing so does require a bit more time, BUT the benefits outweigh the costs of my time.
And preparing my grain . . . is so easy. Like I said, my son is in charge of sprouting.
I don’t know if we have a favorite recipe from the Healthy Whole Grains course.
I take that back. I do.
But the kids like all of them.
And they are satisfied after eating the sprouted creations. No begging for more food. Or complaining that they are still hungry. And the hurting bellies . . . non-existent when I sprout and dehydrate our wheat prior to use.
I really want you to have this class and information in your arsenal. The content and application of healthy whole grains is so important to those little bellies that are begging to be fed in your home.
It’s not hard to sprout. Dehydrate. Or grind.
Regardless, this class is foundational the whole foods kitchen and even those who are just embarking on a whole foods journey.
I encourage you and implore you to enter the Healthy Whole Grains online course . . . or take the plunge and sign up. (If you win, you will be reimbursed.)
the soaking and sprouting has me intrigued. i have no dehydrator…
You can use your oven on the lowest temp!
I’m convinced that whole grains are the way to go. But, I still have a lot to learn about how best to use them in a way that my family will enjoy. Glad to have visited 🙂
I have never sprouted whole grains before but I would love to learn and to start. I want to feed my family and myself better.
Though we’ve changed our diets dramatically already, I think that this class would really be beneficial. Thanks for offering the giveaway.

I’d like to learn how to sprout and dry my own grains – I tend to soak my grains, and I purchase sprouted bread from Trader Joe’s, but I haven’t tried doing it myself yet!
Sprouting is addicting. Just warning you! I have six cups going right now. The little guys are growing roots!
over 100 recipes! I am always at a loss at what recipe to try – knowing that I was being given tried and true and healthy recipes would be huge! PLUS WHAT IS THAT CHOCOLATE PIE LOOKING THING UP THERE? I die!!!
Chocolate Biscotti — that is my favorite recipe!
This is so intriguing! I’ve made sprouted bread before but just when it first started to sprout. This would be so great to learn for our 5 kiddos. 🙂

I want to learn the specifics on each grain, spelt, quinoa, etc. it’s great that there are easy pay options like monthly and per class since the full course is a bit out of my budget.

I have followed Anne Marie for many years. I first met her online from a Weston A Price Happy Baby forum. Since then, we have chatted a few times and I think of her as a friend. I am so excited she is doing these classes. I love her newsletters and learning with her. I hope I win this class!
I would like to learn to make sprouted flour myself instead of buying it. I have sprouted many grains, but I don’t turn them into flour because the process intimidates me. I just use them as a vegetable or in salads or pilafs. But to actually make wholesome bread and cookies with them would be ideal. Thanks for offering this giveaway!
Grinding your own flour is possible!
